Prayer July 5, 2009
Merciful and everlasting God, you have given us the truth and the truth has set us free. We thank you for the freedom of religion, unencumbered by government edict, and the ability to worship according to the dictates of our individual consciences. Grant us the wisdom, courage, and grace—even at the risk of being misunderstood—to assure religious liberty for our generation and all who come after us.
